Webmail EnergyNet offers Webmail service for all EnergyNet subscribers utilizing an EnergyNet email account (i.e. anyuser@hesenergy.net). This service allows EnergyNet email account holders to access their email from any computer anywhere in the world. For users who are familiar with the service, click the link below: Webmail Login Procedure 1. Click on the "Webmail login" link above. This will open the webmail console in a new window. 2. At the webmail login page, enter your EnergyNet username (example: if your email address is anyuser@hesenergy.net, your user name would be "anyuser." 3. Enter your password. This is the password that you provided to EnergyNet when you set your account up. 4. To check your email, click on "Inbox" in the Folders list. If you have any email, a list of your emails will be shown. To read an email, click on the subject of the email and read it in the reading pane on the right side of the screen, or double click on it to read it on the full screen. To send an email from Webmail 1. Login to your account using the instructions above. 2. When the Webmail Main Menu page opens, click on "New Message" on the tool bar at the top of the screen. 3. Enter the email address of the person you are sending the message to in the "Recipient" box. You may also include a subject if you choose. 4. If you want to attach a file, click "Attach a File" on the toolbar at the top of the screen. Once the email is complete, you may also check the spelling using the "Check spelling" button on the tool bar at the top of the screen. 5. When you have completed the message, click "Send now" in the lower left corner of the screen.
